烹调方法

  1. Wash the strawberry thoroughly. Cut the excess water with paper towel and remove the calyx.
  2. Add honey to Mizkan Grain Flavored Distilled Vinegar and mix thoroughly until it dissolves.
  3. Place strawberries and [2] in a wide seal-able jar. Cover with lid and place in a cool place.
  4. Shake lightly the mixture with still the lid on once a day for a week. After a week remove the strawberries (you may eat the strawberries afterwards)
  5. Mix with vinegar mixture with cold water, sparkling water, milk etc. in a 1:5 ratio.

      ※ Keep the fruit vinegar in the refrigerator. Consume immediately.
        ※ Don’t use if floating matter or turbidity in the mixture appears.
          ※ Avoid using metal lid.
            ※ Finished amount can be thinned out 5x which can make around 8 cups.
